Green Guide
Earth Is Our Home

It not easy being green, it takes alot of trying and getting use to. However, we have to admit that it is very difficult for anyone to make a 180-degree turn-around.

Bear in mind, everyone practice some form of green living... the fact that some reuse their dinner plates, fork and knife, separate the garbage, use rechargeable batteries and so on, many are making contribution without knowing it. However, at some point we have to educate ourselves that planet earth is our home and, we have to face the fact that this planet is the only one in the universe that can sustain life and we need to take care of it.

The intention of this website is to provide useful information on how to made small changes in daily habits that prove to be very beneficial for health and the environment and along the way save some cash in these difficult times. If you are interested in starting your own environmental group, I have some tips as to how you can go about choosing your topics and getting people in your community or school interest in your project.

Why is it important to be friendly to the earth?

We are the ones who are feeling the effect anyway. Global warming effects and health related diseases starting to get the better of us, but you may say "these things have been happening for centuries", yes I agree. However, in recent years, more are happening than before at an alarming rate. to name just a few: catastrophic hurricanes, tsumanis, very heavy rains, drought, just to name a few, not to mention the countless number of health problems that many are experiencing as a result.
